After that update, demographics in any projects previously exported to .pdf will become obsolete and may not be approved by HUD. You will not need to re-enter addresses, but you will need to re-calculate and re-export any forms you plan to submit after that date.
The Affirmative Marketing Toolkit helps you market your property to those least likely to apply. The toolkit helps you easily identify demographic data (data available for all 50 US states, does not include Puerto Rico) and advertising sources (MN only) to meet affirmative marketing requirements.
The creation of the Affirmative Marketing Toolkit was supported by Minnesota Housing, HUD, Metropolitan Council, MN Legal Aid, SMRLS, and MN Legal Services.
